The Colombian winger of Fiorentina Juan Cuadrado has attracted the attention of Chelsea and the Premier League club is reportedly believed to be preparing an offer of around €28 million in order to sign him but if a transfer does happen then Fiorentina will have to search around for a new manager as Vincenzo Montella has stated that he would leave the Italian club if Cuadrado is sold.
Juan Cuadrado is in fine form not only for his club Fiorentina but also for his country Colombia as the winger has been making impressive performances for any team that he performs in.
Manchester United is another top club in the Premier League which has revealed their interest in signing Juan Cuadrado. Louis van Gaal is searching everywhere in all different leagues around the world in attempts of finding a player that could be signed and reinforce his team at Old Trafford.
Fiorentina is currently positioned in the 6th spot in the Italian League, Serie A standings as the club is aiming to secure an Europa League spot that would allow them to compete in the European competition in the upcoming season but if Juan Cuadrado is offloaded to another club, their chances on accomplishing this task would be limited.
For the past few seasons, Juan Cuadrado has been one of the best performers for Fiorentinaand it would be difficult for the Italian side to find someone who can replace his unique set of skills that the Colombian player displays on the pitch.
From all aspects of the transfer if Cuadrado is sold and leaves Fiorentina, it would be a transaction that hurts the club more than anything else. €26m is not enough for everything that Juan Cuadrado can offer in the pitch of any team and Vincenzo Montella is well aware of that, this is why he is willing to leave his managerial position in the team if Cuadrado is sold.
